Dental emergencies do not wait for convenient times. That is why we hold dedicated same-day slots every business day — specifically for patients in pain or facing urgent dental issues.
Call us as early as you can in the day. We will assess the situation over the phone, give you immediate first-aid guidance, and find you a slot — usually within a few hours.
For severe emergencies after hours, our voicemail provides instructions for reaching the on-call dentist. For life-threatening trauma or uncontrolled bleeding, go to the nearest ER.

Call Us
Call (919) 968-9874 first — we will guide you through immediate care and find you a slot.

Manage Pain
Take OTC pain meds (ibuprofen for inflammation, acetaminophen for pain). Cold compress for swelling.

Save Pieces
For knocked-out teeth: hold by crown, rinse gently, place in milk. Bring crown/fillings that fell out.

Come In
We will see you the same day. Bring your insurance card and a list of medications.

What if it's After Hours?
For emergencies outside business hours, here is what to do:

We welcome emergency patients. We will treat the urgent issue and discuss follow-up care. Many emergency patients become regular patients afterward.
No — emergency visit fees are the same as regular visits. Treatment costs depend on what is needed, and we always estimate before proceeding.
Absolutely. We welcome patients with and without insurance. If you have a PPO plan, your out-of-network benefits may cover a portion of your treatment — we'll file the claim for you. If you don't have insurance, we'll walk you through your options and confirm all costs before we begin any treatment.
For most dental emergencies, a dentist is better — we can treat the actual cause. Go to the ER for trauma, severe swelling affecting breathing, or uncontrolled bleeding.
