Welcome to Legacy
Family Dentistry
We are so glad you are considering us. Here is everything you need to know to make your first visit feel easy, comfortable, and welcoming.

— Your First Visit
A Visit That Actually
Feels Different
Your first appointment will likely take 60–75 minutes. We use this time deliberately — to listen, examine, and understand what is going on so we can build the right plan for you.
There is no pressure, no judgment about gaps in care, and no surprise costs. Just a friendly, thorough exam from a dentist who actually has time for you.
"We do not believe in production-line dentistry. Every patient gets full attention." — Dr. Patel
Emergency Visit
Same Rate
as regular visits
We never charge extra for emergency visits. Treatment costs depend on the issue — we always give estimates before proceeding.

Comprehensive Exam
Dr. Patel performs a thorough exam — gums, teeth, bite, soft tissues. He explains what he sees in real-time.

— Insurance
We Make It Simple
We're an out-of-network provider — which means we don't bill insurance directly. But if you have a PPO plan, your out-of-network benefits can still help cover your care. We file the claim for you as a courtesy, and your insurer reimburses you directly.
If you don't have insurance, no problem — we'll walk you through your options and confirm all costs before any treatment begins.
— New Patient Questions
Common Questions
For emergencies called in before noon, we make every effort to see you the same day. Even later in the day, we will do our best to fit you in.
Usually not — the first visit is primarily diagnostic. We assess everything and then build a treatment plan together. Cleanings can sometimes happen the same day if your gums allow.
Most patients schedule first visits in the morning before work or late afternoon. The visit takes about 75 minutes total.
Yes — we are family-friendly. If you need help during your exam, just let us know when booking.
You are not alone. Tell us when you book and we will go slower, explain more, and offer comfort options. We have helped many anxious patients become regulars.
