Custom-fitted night guards that protect your teeth from grinding and clenching — fitting perfectly so you actually wear them.

— WHAT IT IS
Custom is Different

If you grind or clench your teeth at night (called bruxism), you are not alone — it affects about 1 in 3 adults. Most people do not realize they are doing it until a dentist points out the wear, or their partner mentions the noise.

Untreated, grinding wears down enamel, cracks teeth, causes morning headaches and jaw pain, and shortens the lifespan of crowns and other dental work. Over years, it can cost thousands in restorative work.

A custom night guard from us is nothing like the boil-and-bite version from the drugstore. We take impressions of your teeth and fabricate a guard that fits perfectly — comfortable enough that you actually wear it every night.

Signs You Might Need One

Are You a Grinder?

Many people grind unknowingly. Here are the most common signs we look for:

  • Morning jaw soreness or headaches

  • Worn, flat, or chipped tooth edges

  • Increased tooth sensitivity (especially to cold)

  • A clicking or popping jaw

  • Partner says you grind audibly at night

  • Cracked teeth without an obvious cause

Night Guard FAQ

  • OTC boil-and-bite guards are bulky, uncomfortable, and rarely fit well. Most patients stop wearing them within a week. Custom guards are slimmer, more comfortable, and last years longer.

  • With proper care (rinse after use, brush gently, store in a case), custom guards typically last 3–5 years.

  • Most patients adjust within a week — and many find they sleep better with a guard than without.

  • Night guards often help mild TMJ symptoms. For severe TMJ, we may also recommend additional therapy or refer to a specialist.

  • Yes — we also make custom sports guards. They are thicker than night guards and protect against impact during contact sports.
